What You Should Do
- Download an application form APPLICATION FORM
- Submit the completed application (preferably 4 weeks before graduation to ensure availability)
- Pick up your gown between 12 noon and 6.30 pm on the day of your graduation at AFUW (WA) House at: 4 Park Road Nedlands WA 6009 (opposite the Kanimbla Road/ Park Road intersection). We are 5 minutes walk from UWA– a short walk through the tunnel under the Highway and adjacent to rear driveway entrance to Trinity.
- Make a $20 cash deposit upon collection of the regalia.
- Reclaim your deposit upon return of the regalia to the AFUW (WA) staff in the Undercroft on the night of your graduation. (The Undercroft is conveniently located beneath Winthrop Hall, the venue for your graduation.)

AFUW (WA) is a voluntary organization that uses the money from regalia hire to assist students with bursaries and scholarships.
Bachelor, Diploma, Masters & PhD
Bachelor regalia $60 (gown $35 and hood $25)
Diploma regalia $55 (gown $35 and stole $20)
Masters regalia $80 ($40 gown, $25 hood, $15 mortar board)
PhD regalia $90 ($45 gown, $25 hood and $20 mortar board)
