chose not to paint the chassis this time round (still keen on getting one chromed,
maybe on H20 BitchThing 3! LoL) First modification to the chassis was to the
front air intake for the 120mm case mounted fan, the "opening" was
dremelled out larger immediately! I then went about measuring out a panel that
I could bolt to the outside of the chassis that would also incorporate a fine
grade filter to stop the nasty dust entering the case ;-) Turned out alot like
this ---->

show how the cool air is vented into the case ! The new mesh I have replaced
the old design with has a black perspex panel bent to match the profile, I have
mounted it 10mm from the mexh thus allowing a large area for air intake. Turned
out very nicely IMHO
As
can be seen in these pictures air can pass through the hole area of the grill,
the perspex then helps direct the air towards the newly modded & filtered
air intake hole! Computer recieves lotsa cool clean air and stays dust free!
