The South Coast Region of Western Australia contains some of the richest and most varied wildflowers in the world. A very large region stretching from Cape Leewin to Eucla some 1700 kilometres with the the largest density of wildflowers centred on the Fitzgerald River National Park and Stirling Range National Park regions. By far the most numerous being in the Ravensthorpe and Hopetoun areas surrounding the Fitzgerald River National Park..
