FEE SCHEDULE

There is no set celebrant fee schedule for civil ceremonies in Australia.

Once you have decided your venue, I will be able to give you a confirmed cost. This is because my fee is comprised of a base price plus a travel allowance. This total fee will cover the following:

• Unlimited number of personal appointments, phone and email consultations
• Creation of a personalised ceremony to suit your exact requirements
• Rehearsal run through in my home office.
  Please note: Rehearsals on site at your chosen venue will incur a further cost
• A printed copy of your ceremony as well as a pdf copy on a computer cd to keep as a memento of your wedding day and, of course, your Certificate of Marriage.
• Portable PA system provided for larger wedding ceremonies.
• There may be some additional costs associated with special requirements and situations.
  e.g. formal correspondence in relation to the marriage such as overseas letters, faxes, STD or international phone calls, securing Apostile stamp, accommodation costs at distant venue (if required), venues at unconventional time, place or risk etc.
• Lodgement of all legal paper work to the Registrar-General’s Office, Perth, WA.

Should you require an OFFICIAL CERTIFIED copy of your Marriage Certificate, an additional fee of $42 is payable directly to the Registrar-General's office.

BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee is required when a ceremony is booked to secure the day, date and time. Payment of the balance of the fee is required at least fourteen days prior to the ceremony.

REFUND POLICY

The booking fee is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
Should you cancel your ceremony a proportion of the balance of fees paid (up to 100%) may be refunded dependent on the circumstances and the amount of time already spent on preparation.
