BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKINGS
- A
minimum deposit of the first night stay is required at the time of
your confirmed reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.
- Deposit payable on confirmation of your reservation can be made over the phone by credit card, by the credit card holder, debit card, cheque or money order.
- Bookings
canceled at the commencement of, or
during occupancy, do not qualify for any refund.
- Any cancellations
for forward bookings are to be in writing, via email, or post, before
refunds will be considered.
- Deposits are
non-refundable with less than 14 days notice. However, peak
season bookings are non-refundable with less than 21 days notice to
cancel.
- A deduction of $20 / cancellation for administration fees will apply.
