Crest HR is a “generalist” recruiter and as such we don’t specialise in any particular industry, but rather service all industry sectors, company types and source people for ANY conceivable position or role. While we don’t specialise, we do seem to have a knack for roles of a Technical, Operations, Sales or Engineering orientation.
Roles can be Permanent, Part-time, Casual, Contract or Limited Tenure. They can be Local, Regional, Fly In/Fly Out, Residential or Overseas. You can be responsible for entire national organisations or just yourself. You may work on your own or as part of a team or group of teams.
But the critical piece of the puzzle is finding out what YOU want, because ultimately your happiness with your career choice is the single greatest factor for your future success.
