Just as it sounds, Advertised Recruitment utilises a multitude of different media to attract the largest possible number of suitable applicants. These media can be as diverse as radio and TV through internet and all forms of print media.


We then pre-screen, telephone interview, face-to-face interview, test (if required) and long-list candidates which are then presented to our client. From these a short-list will be developed and, depending on the client's wishes, either second interviews with Crest HR or joint interviews with the client and Crest HR will be organised. Final selections will be reference checked and any psychological or other testing would be completed (as required).
