Capabilities


The two words we hear most often from both Candidates and Clients alike are “Can you…”


“Can you help me?”.   “Can you find us someone who…?”.   “Can you advise us how to….?”


And overwhelmingly our answer is yes. But be prepared, because when you ask us a question, we’re likely to ask you a few dozen in return. We’ll be trying to uncover your real needs, real wants and get you thinking about what the ultimate goal is.


From there we’ll work with you to develop the plan of attack, time frames, programme or other components that will bring success.


On a local level we’ve got a fantastic contact network of clients, industry groups, associations, candidates and simply people we know who we can draw upon to achieve those goals. On a global level, we have contacts in places like the UK, Asia, South Africa and North America, and can bring all of these resources to bear, if needed, to create the desired outcome.


Among clients, there is a common feeling that we are currently suffering a “skills shortage”. In the sense that there are less jobseekers than there are job vacancies, this is true. Then why is it that there are jobseekers who struggle to find a position? And why are there companies that have no trouble at all in attracting and retaining good people?


Because the real issue is not the lack of good people or the over-abundance of vacant positions. Its about valuing staff, enjoying the work, feeling rewarded and appreciated and a multitude of other things that makes any one job or company shine above the rest.

Yes we can interview, reference check, recommend and do all the things that you’d expect a professional recruitment company to do, but most importantly we’ll help firstly to identify your company’s unique and desirable features and benefits, and then develop strategies to market these to prospective candidates in order to attract the best possible matches.


Its not much different for candidates. We’ll look to identify your strengths and applicable skills and find out what you want and where you’re going. Its about getting to know you. Then we can go to suitable clients and demonstrate what you can bring to their organisation.
