Vista F208 Synthetic Trainer. This is an advanced instrument trainer which can be configured for single or multi-engine operations. This trainer can be used to gain credits towards the Instrument Flying requirements of the Private and Commercial Pilot licence as well as for training for the NVFR rating. Synthetic trainers are an excellent tool for learning how to fly on instruments whatever the weather! The most useful aspect is being able to pause the flight to allow discussion during the lesson; this greatly improves efficiency and reduces the cost. At around a third of the cost of a “real” aircraft this represents excellent value for money.
