Buffon: We Have No Weak Points
The number one shot-stopper is
confident about this Juve team.
Gianluigi Buffon feels that the Bianconeri can achieve a lot, even more than
last season which ended triumphantly with the conquest of the 28th Scudetto.
“We are more aware of our strength. In the first week of summer camp, the warmth
of the Juventus public was exceptional. We won back the people with the last
Scudetto win and now the atmosphere is different; we feel them closer to us than
last season. I was impressed by the incredible enthusiasm of our fans in the
last two home matches; I would like that it was always that way."
Buffon also gave his opinion about the latest Juve arrival: Patrick Vieira.
“We saw with how much confidence he arrived. He showed the tranquillity of the
strong. Speaking in general, apart from Vieira, who is a great player, we have
strengthened all our lines. I cannot find a single weakness in this Juve side.”
