Ingredients;
2 cups of dry white wine
2 teaspoons of salt
1 large chopped onion
1 teaspoon of oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup of dry mustard powder
3 tablespoons of honey
Method;
Combine wine, onion and
garlic in a pan. Heat to boiling point and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cool, strain and discard
solids.
Add liquid to dry mustard
and stir until smooth.
Blend in honey, oil and
salt, return to pan and heat slowly until thickened while constantly
stirring.
Cool then place in jars.
Age for 6-8 weeks at room
temperature, then refrigerate.
* To make honey mustard add
1/2 cup of honey to 1 cup of Dijon.
