leaf in a bottle of tequila or vodka for 10 days. Then strain the liquid
from the leaves. Add the alcohol drenched leaves to 750 mil of water
and soak overnight. Place the aqueous solution into a saucepan, gently
heat to just warm for 20 minutes then strain the liquid from the leaves
and add 1/2 to 1 cup of honey (to taste) stir and disolve the honey,
let cool slightly and add the two solutions together. Shake and let
sit in a dark cool place for 4 weeks (it may be enjoyed straight away
though leaving it to mature is best) and enjoy. A slight sediment may
form in the bottom of the mixture. This is just fines of the herb which
may be drank or filtered off.
