Bearing is only sealed on one side. One screw is broken. Spacer washer position dubious.
PINS - Etc.
Drive Pin has upset in middle for shaft retainment. One circlip broke off during dissembly

ASSEMBLY BOLTS
One screw broke off, all are in poor condition due to corrossion
FAN HOUSING INSIDE
To remove motor - slacken these bolts & tap lightly with a soft hammer
FAN - INSIDE
Drive pin is on the inside
FAN - OUTSIDE
To remove fan: Remove commutator cover & brush assembly. Place in soft jaw vice. Pour penetrene about fan/shaft area. Remove circlip. Gently work fan backwards & forwards with a pulling motion.
BRUSHES
The whole cause of the corrossion - a new seal was needed. Brush spring tension on 2 brushes is low, brushes are jambing
