1. Hoong Fatt Chinese Express on Margaret Street is NOT a part of  Hoong Fatt Chinese Restaurant!

2. This is the ORIGINAL Hoong Fatt started in 1991. STILL Run by the Same Family, same great deals and great food since 1991.        

3. Hoong Fatt Chinese Express started in 2004

4.  Their Business practices & Cooking is not endorsed or Acknowledged by us.

5. Hoong Fatt Chinese Express started in 2004; but they have just added NEW LOCATION and SINCE 1991 on their car, added NEW LOCATION in the 2007 Yellow pages advertising. All this happened after they got our BUSINESS NAME cancelled, they have always been  at the same location since 2004 !!
We can privide Proof of our existence since 1991, but they can't offer the same!

 
Fair Trading Act 1990
Prohibits misleading or deceptive trading conduct, including unconscionable conduct, false representations, bait advertising, pyramid and referral selling, and unsolicited credit cards.  The Act also provides for the implementation of mandatory codes of practice in relation to particular business areas.
