Visitors to the Archive
The VJA continues to be a significant place of interest with visitors and musicians exceeding 1,700 during the 2007 calendar year. Exhibitions, including the "VJA’s Making of an Archive" and "The Fitzgibbon Dynasty" have provided visitors with enjoyable guided tours of the Archive, followed by light refreshments in the popular Waterfront Café.
Musicians from the Knox Jazz Band and the Knox Transition Big Band, together with the Junior and Senior Jazz Improvisation Workshops have continued to use the Archive premises as a rehearsal venue.
