I was a Fremantle girl and a Cubmaster (Akela) at 1st Fremantle Sea Scouts and a foundation member of Anson Sea Rangers where I made many life long friends.
After my marriage to Bill we ran several newsagencies and then moved on to running a horse property in Armadale in 1960. As a sideline we also bred Miniature Pigs for 3 years (but are no longer involved with these now as retirement loomed).
Since retiring we have enjoyed travelling around Australia in our campervan as well as taking interesting overseas holidays.
I joined the Perth PC User Group around 1988 when it was held in Canning College and have enjoyed involvement ever since. |
