Using the Writing Forum : :
We have decided to move all writing pages to a forum. This enables our guests to post their own writing with ease, and to post comments on other individual pieces of writing.
To post your writing, you will need to become a member of the forum. Simply click the 'register' link and fill out the form, giving your desired username, and a valid email address. Your password will be sent to you, then you will be able to login to the forum and post your writing.
When posting your writing, you will notice that the entry page makes a few simple formatting tools available to you. You will have an option to preview your post, so by all means, take some time to familiarise yourself with these tools so you can get your writing to display the way you want.
When posting your writing, do not forget to include a copyright date, this protects you and your work. If you are unsure how to do this, simply include "copyright (date or current year)" either at the top or bottom of your piece.

A Note on Adult Content : :
Some of the writing posted at the Dyke Write forum contains material that may be classified as being of an 'adult' nature. This refers to writing that contains explicit description of sexual acts that may be percieved as going beyond the 'norm'. Dyke Write is not intended to be for a specifically adult audience; this means we will not feature any material containing what we consider to be pornographic or promoting other tools of exploitation against women.
This symbol will be used to flag writing that contains material we consider to be of an adult nature. Upon seeing this symbol, we ask that you use your discretion, the piece of writing may or may not offend/upset you, depending on your attitudes and levels of experience.
Dyke Write is not responsible for the writing that gets submitted to our forum. We would like to consider that our guests are responsible and mature enough to recognise if their own writing needs to be flagged with the adult content symbol (choose it from the 'message icon' list when posting). If you are unsure, you can consult with us by emailing your writing to submissions@dykewrite.cjb.net.
Please note that our forum is moderated. While we are not in favour of censorship, we reserve the right to remove any pieces writing or comments that we feel are inappropriate to our forum. Please respect our desire to provide a free, safe and loving atmosphere for the creativity and self expression of our community.
Before continuing on to the forum, please take the time to read our statement on Privacy, Copyright and Kids.
