There are Four Bedrooms comprising; A Triple Room, which has an en-suite; Double Bed and Single Bed. This Room can also used as a Twin Share.

Two Double- Rooms, one with an en-suite. The other has its own private lockup bathroom in the hallway, close to the Room. The beds in these Rooms are queen size.

The remaining Room is Twin Share and has its own private lockup bathroom in the hallway just outside the Room.

All Rooms; have nine foot ceilings; Double French Doors that open onto the Verandahs; are tastefully furnished and are in close proximity to the Guest's Lounge, and to the Breakfast Room.

AIR CONDITIONING: Kinvarra Lodge is Air Conditioned, and Insulated. However, as all rooms have ceiling fans, Guests can exercise their preference. There is an enclosed wood fire in the Guests Lounge for mellow winter evenings; consequently these features combined with wide veranda's keep the house at a comfortable temperature all the year round.
