Since moving to the Sushine Coast of Queensland, Australia, Lee was inspired by natural beauty of the area and the brilliant colours of the coastal images. Keen to expand her artistic horizons, and having painted mainly in oils before, Lee ventured first into the world of watercolours and then acrylics, which is now her chosen medium.
Recent trips to Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Portugal and Morocco have added a Mediterranean flavour to her paintings with Tuscan buildings and old fishing boats being favourite subjects.
Lee’s striking seascapes have proved popular with local residents, interstate and overseas visitors, and feature in various galleries in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Exhibitions at the Peregian Surf Club and the Rhythm of Life Expo in Noosa attracted much interest, as did her solo exhibitions at Cinema Paradiso Café in Noosa Junction & The Noosa Library. Lee also sold paintings at the Caloundra Arts Festival, the Noosa Outdoor Art Show and the Immanuel Arts Festival.
Product Description:
All paintings are original works of art painted in acrylics on high quality primed artists’ canvas and finished with a gloss varnish. The canvas is stretched over a wooden stretcher frame and the painting extends around all edges making them suitable for hanging as is, without the need for framing. Alternatively, these paintings lend themselves to a frame such as a float or box frame.

Shipping:
Paintings are shipped anywhere in Australia, but for overseas orders the canvas can be removed from the stretcher and posted in a tube for convenience.
