I like listening to electronic music instead of the more popular, manufactured for the masses, "top 40", played to death on the radio, commercialised bs! I like basically any music that's got a dark sound to it. My favourite music genre is drum 'n bass (particularly dark dnb), but I'm also partial to hardcore (as long as it's not happy!) and the harder styles of house, techno & trance. I enjoy many different forms and styles of music though.

Some of my favourite drum 'n bass artists are Usual Suspects, )EI3( (Bad Company), Dom & Roland, Ed Rush & Optical, Fierce, Konflict, Dilinja, Doc Scott (Nasty Habits), DJ Red, and Pressure Rise to name a few. Some of my favourite record labels are BC Recordings, Renegade Hardware, 31 Records, Virus, Trouble On Vinyl, Stealth, etc, the list goes on...

Darkvibe My artist name is Darkvibe and I produce mainly drum 'n bass using my PC. Check out my artist page at MP3.com.au.

I started getting into writing music in the beginning of 1999 using my PC and a software program called Fasttracker 2. I later moved on to a newer program called FruityLoops. I also like to mess with other software like ReBirth and Buzz. Writing music is more of a hobby to me and I like to think of my talent as continually evolving as I learn more and my music gets better. Unfortunately I don't find much time for it anymore... :/

Below is a list of my completed tracks which are available to listen to or download. They're either available from my artist page at MP3.com.au or they're available from this web site as low quality MP3 sound files.

To listen to the MP3s on my site you'll need a sound player such as Winamp to play them. The quality of the MP3s isn't the best because I don't have enough space to put high quality versions here. Because these files are low quality though, it does mean that you should be able to stream them (listen to them as you download them) using Winamp if you're connection is fast enough. If you have WinAmp and clicking on the play link doesn't work, then try using WinAmp's open location feature (Press Ctrl+L while in WinAmp) and specify the direct (download) link to the MP3 file (eg. The direct link to Dark Journey is - http://members.westnet.com.au/madhatter13/files/drkjourn.mp3).
