This English portable was 'thrown
in' with some other gear I picked up at an auction. It's an interesting
insight into early transistor radios in the UK. It uses a circuit board
mounted on a metal chassis. I had to replace the electrolytic caps,
but left them physically in place, and 'hid' their modern replacement under
the board. The Perspex dial has suffered a lot with the effects of the
Aussie climate.
