Coaching Consultations

Designed to educate and improve the self coached or un-coached athletes that don't require a full time coach.

During the consultation the following areas are assessed to maximise the athletes potential performance

  1. Goal setting
  2. Strengths and weaknesses
  3. Sporting history
  4. Specific history in Triathlon or Running
  5. Training schedule
  6. Training sessions
  7. Training volume
  8. Race nutrition
  9. Racing

Running Programs

Running is my passion and is something I have done my whole life, just for the enjoyment of running.

If you ever have the aim of one day completing a marathon, 'Today' is a great day to start. If marathons aren't your thing, no probs. Programs are available for all distances.

Price

Run programs: $60 initial consultation then $60 per month

My history in Triathlon

I have been involved in Triathlons for the last three years and have worked with two excellent coaches in Paul Newsome and Rob Suriano during this time. I have learnt a lot from these two as I progressed.

My history in the sport is that I completed one or two enticer triathlons each summer to stay fit for football (great preseason for AFL by the way) A bad football season meant a lot of Tri's. 2004 was a bad football year and was talked into attempting the half ironman and football then took a back seat. Trained solidly for 14 months which finished with an Ironman in Port Macquarie in 2006. Enjoyed a extended break before starting up for the local season, which was a break through season. By the end of the season I was racing in Open and was invited to race at Bintan in Indonesia.

Completing first half ironman at Busselton in 2005

Completing first Ironman at Port Macquarie in 2006

5th place at the Perth leg of the Australian Series 1hr 58min

8th place at the Busselton Half Ironman 2007 4hr 5min

13th place at the Singapore 70.3 (Half Ironman) 4hr 13min 1st in age group

6th place at the Bussleton Half Ironman 2008 4hr 6min

The key thing through my evolution in the sport is consistent training with gradual progression produces the rewards and the results.
