A friend in need

As time goes by, i'll be smiling to see

how great a friend you'll always be

and through your times of good and bad

only remember the good times you've had

there may be times of neglect and pain

and sometimes its hard to truly explain

life mgith not be how you expected it would

but no matter what they'll be something good

and though you and i may have our fights

in the end you know we'll set it right
