The Ocean Beach Holiday Units are based on the family budget.

	All bookings to be paid in full on arrival, and no refund on early departures,
	Bankcard, Visa, Master-card & American Express facilities,
	During school holidays and busy periods, please check in after  2 pm with check out time before 10 am,
	Your room will be kept untill 4 pm unless you have contacted us,
	No animals are permitted in units,
	Tariff subject to change without notice,
	Throughout the year there are great Specials available,
	Seniors and discount rates (off season),
	Courtesy pick up from bus.

Nightly tariff based on 2 people.

High Season:
Dec, Jan, Feb and all School Holidays, Long Weekends and Easter:
$100.00 a double / $ 20.00 extra person.

Mid Season:
$85.00 a double / $15.00 extra person.

Low Season:
Jun, Jul, Aug:
$75.00 a double / $15.00 extra person.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

We are Owner Operator and take pride in offering you clean and comfortable accommodation of a 4 Star Standard.
We live on site and are always available to offer you with assistance on local History and Attractions of Esperance. We are also a booking agent for local Tours
