OCEAN VIEW TWO is one of four 4 star luxury villas enjoying beachfront panoramic bay views over Geographe Bay, Dunsborough.

Located in the heart of Dunsborough on a quiet cul-de-sac road and only 3 minutes walk to Dunsborough town centre, we are opposite the glorious, peaceful and picturesque Dunn Bay.

OCEAN VIEW TWO is a modernly appointed, fully furnished 2 storey villa, maximising panoramic views from both storey's.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, the Master leads onto a balcony - for that early morning coffee and watching the sun rise over the ocean - OR IS IT - for that afternoon relax, chardonay in hand, watching the kids play on the beach?

The Master bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed and full ensuite.

Second bedroom (with ocean glimpses) also fitted with a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom with a double bed.

A bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms with the third bathroom downstairs.

Two sets of large glass doors open the living area to the front courtyard giving that wonderful beach living feeling.

All the living spaces and kitchen are open plan and all enjoy ocean views. As does the courtyard, which is enclosed, part paved, part grassed, with a lovely manicured garden. The courtyard also boasts alfresco dining and a new modern BBQ. Small dogs may be permitted upon request.

For those winter nights this villa turns into a romantic, warm haven. Well heated by a wood heater, enjoy the transformation of the calm bay as you watch storms brewing over the ocean, then passing by, leaving you with glorious days to explore the South West.

NESTLED IN THE MARGARET RIVER WINE REGION you can either choose to relax on the upstairs balcony with local red in hand or socializing downstairs , cooking up a storm of local seafood or game on the BBQ and dining alfresco - either option you will be spellbound by the breathtaking views.

And when you decide that you are ready to explore, the SOUTH WEST awaits, well known for our Margaret River Wines and Restaurants, also on offer are our amazing white sandy beaches and rugged coastline. Coastal walk tracks stretch from Dunsborough to Cape Naturalist and right down to Cape Leeuwin, ranging from 30 minutes walks to 5 day hikes. Whale watching is also a spring delight. Deep sea fishing charters and yacht cruises around our beautiful bays are more options for the ocean lovers. Scuba diving at the Swan ship wreck and Busselton jetty are also world class dive sites.

Famous surf breaks Yallingup and Margaret River Main Break are only a short drive away. Golf lovers need not leave town as we have two 18 hole golf courses here in Dunsborough.

And for the art lovers we have an array of fine local and visiting artists in the South West. Ranging from unique woodcarvings and woodwork to hand made exquisite jewellery, painting (our villa is proudly displaying the art of local artist, Gloria Smith), glass blowing, pottery, professional photography and much more.

For the family we have a number of Flora & Fauna parks, rural petting zoos and amusement parks, and of course horse riding.

And a must for everybody is the new Underwater Observatory deck at the end of the Busselton Jetty.
