Terms of Trade

• 28 days maximum for credit approved clients.
• While we endeavour to ensure the highest quality of workmanship in our products, any products found to be defective if returned will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Purchase orders of AU$200.00 incl. GST or more earns free postage (within Australia)
• Purchase orders from outside Australia of AU$500 or more earn free delivery.
• Purchase orders of $500 or more if paid within 28 days will also attract a free gift of around $20.00 in value.
• Unless you are an established retail customer of Outback Gems, full payment for orders must be received prior to postage of product ordered.
• Unless you are an established retail customer of Outback Gems all orders by snail mail, email, fax or phone can only be sent COD through Australia Post. Credit references with application form must be approved before credit can be given to new applicants.
• International orders (Orders outside Australia)
• Prices are inclusive of GST. Wholesale prices are available only for retail clients.
• Listed prices are wholesale only.
