All bookings require a holding deposit equal to the first nights tariff at time of booking

Peak Season - balance payable 60 days prior to arrival

Standard and Low Season - balance payable on arrival

Cancellations & Refunds

31 days or more prior to arrival - a full refund less $25 cancellation fee

8 to 31 days prior to arrival - a 50% refund will be issued

Less than 8 days prior to arrival - No refund will be issued
