RESERVATION POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES:
Arrival & Departure: Your accommodation at the Pemberton Hotel will
be available from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your
departure, you must vacate the room no later than 10.00 am unless otherwise
agreed.
Guarantee Policy: Your reservation can be guaranteed by paying a
deposit within 7 days after your reservation is confirmed or 2 days prior to
arrival (whichever comes sooner) or by submitting your credit card details
as a “guarantee of arrival”. (Note: You must use a credit card to guarantee
an online booking)
Your guaranteed reservation will be held for you on your scheduled day of
arrival. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your
booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out
below to avoid any unnecessary cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy: Best Western may charge a cancellation fee to
your credit card or retain all or part of any deposit paid if notice of
cancellation is not received 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
When booking via Best Western Reservations (online, email or phone
reservations) you will be given a confirmation number, this number should be
quoted if you need to cancel, change or reconfirm your reservation.
