Peppi Tree Cottage is a fully self-contained holiday chalet situated on quarter of an acre and is surrounded by lawn and shady peppermint trees.  This modern accommodation is in walking distance to the jetty, estuary, shop and is just a few minutes drive to the beach.

	2 double sized bedrooms (one queen bed, two king singles)
	Double sofa bed in living room
	Spacious bathroom
	Laundry facilities (front loader washing machine)
	Fully equipped kitchen with microwave
	All linen and towels supplied
	Electric blankets, gas heating, TV, DVD, CD/radio.

The cottage has a private outdoor entertainment area with a wooden outdoor setting and a wood-fired barbecue (wood supplied).   There is also a lockable storage shed for securing any extra gear.
