Welcome to Paul's Page

The Weaver family live near Fremantle, on the southwest coast of Western Australia. If they stand on a stepladder on the roof of their house they can see the Indian Ocean, but it is best not to do this when the strong sea breeze is blowing.

After being married for 33 years, Paul and Jill have nine children. Most are still living at home.

Five of the sons are plumbers - three licensed tradesmen - all award winners, and two apprentices.

For top quality plumbing and gas work from the boys call Ken at:

When he is not giving unwelcome advice to his sons, Paul writes a daily blog so that his kids will have something to talk about when he eventually carks it. Only then will be become famous for his literary skills.

The blog is called fremantlebiz and its calendar is located at http://www.livejournal.com/users/fremantlebiz/calendar

Paul was determined to write an essay a day and eventually clock up a million words. He might have reached this already, but he hasn't kept count. Now he needs someone to do it for him because he might be eligible for an entry in the Guinness Book of Records. He fancies himself as a comic writer too, and so there are a lot of laughs, especially if you have a dark humor. Sometimes he gets in serious moods over some issues and there are no laughs. His standard blurb is as follows:

Check out each month's subject index on the Calendar Page of fremantlebiz for my "common-man" monologues about survival in 21st century Australia plus a little history occasionally. An original essay is added most days.

There is more biographical information there.
