My cruise control won’t work above 107 kph. Is it faulty?

Japanese law requirement, however, this can be easily modified!!

1. Remove lower trim panel(s) below steering column

2. Behind the ignition switch you will see a module vertically mounted with 2 6mm bolts.Its marked SPEED CONTROL remove the bolts yes it's tricky and drop out and unplug the module

3. Disassemble the module to expose the circuit board

4. one pad needs to be soldered together it is marked J300 check out the pic below. Thanks Steve Cheetam

5. ok reverse the procedure and all should be well!!
