is almost a magical place to relax, catch your breath, smell the
Peppermint gums and recharge your batteries, almost a stone's throw
from Peppermint Grove Beach. Flanked by Peppi trees, sit on the
patio overlooking Geographe Bay and enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine
while watching the locals pass by and depending on the time of year,
these range from whales to bandicoots, from dolphins to galahs.
Located between Bunbury
and Busselton, Peppermint Grove Beach is just over 200km south of
Perth, an easy drive of about 2 hours and 15 minutes consisting mostly
dual carriage-way.
Located in the old part of Peppi Beach, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is fully self-contained, sleeps up to 8 and is available for short to long term holiday accommodation. Facilities: Main Bedroom: Queen size bed, en-suite, reading area, air-conditioned, ocean views. Second bedroom: Double bed, ocean views. Third bedroom: 2 single beds, ocean glimpses. (Sofa-Futon bed in lounge if required). Patio flanked by Peppi trees with great sunset views across to Cape Naturaliste. Living room/ lounge with ceiling fan, opening onto the patio. TVs, video, CD player, full kitchen facilities, microwave, dishwasher, gas cook-top and oven, wood BBQ, combustion heater, washing machine and undercover parking. 2 bathrooms, 2 WC.
Activities and nearby
attractions include:
Beaches, fishing, swimming, wineries (Capel Vale Winery is only 6km) and golf. Margaret River is less than an hour away, but will take longer if you stop at the Candy Cow or the Chocolate Factory or either of the Cheese Factories (Fonti's /Margaret River).
