My soft toys

In February 2008 I started with a new project. It’s something I had in mind for a long time, but I never got around doing something with it.

I have started making soft toys: bears, rag dolls and such things.

The first batch I sent to a missionary in Sydney who works with indigenous families. They were very welcome there and were given as Christmas presents.

They now go to the local women’s refuge, to be given to the children that come in there and don’t have their own toys with them. A bear or doll might help them in the very stressful situation.
