Theatre credits for Sam include The Witch in Into the Woods (twice actually), Olivia in Twelfth Night, Belinda in Noises Off, Mavis in Stepping Out (which she also choreographed), Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, Babe in The Pajama Game, Fastrada in Pippin, Paula in After Dinner and Velma Kelly in Chicago at the Enmore Theatre.

She also appeared in the film The Man Who Sued God.
