Weather Display unit from

This unit contains 3 weather components.
Tempeture sensor, Humidity sensor and Air Pressure sensor. What
I want to do is to take these 3 components, hook them up to an
ADC (Anolgue to Digital convertor) and input the data into a computer
and have this recording the 3 sensors 24 hours a day, every day
of the year.
