Peace and tranquility close to the Bickley Valley in the Perth Hills, located just 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Perth.Whether you are a visitor to our beautiful State passing through or in need of that special romantic getaway, we always provide a relaxing memorable occasion. Come and visit unique Carmelot, where you can be assured of quality and comfort, combined with warm friendly service.
Close to many tourist attractions including Melville and Africa Rose Farms, Araluen Botanical Gardens, Mundaring Weir, wineries and The Bickley Observatory. Only a 10 minute drive away is the picturesque village of Kalamunda with it's award winning Restaurants, alfresco Cafés, Pubs and gourmet eaterys.

Carmelot is set in lovely gardens, surrounded by orchards and various bush walking trails. Three medieval themed bedrooms provide romantic comfort and style of a bygone era, the days of King Arthur and Camelot.
Our guests have their own private enterance to the guest wing of the house, and can relax in privacy in the cosy lounge with his and her's matching leather sofas, as well as having exclusive use of the knight's Dining Room, all decorated with medieval antiquities.
Our double guest rooms have queen sized beds and our huge Lady Guinevere Room has a four poster canopy bed overlooking our beautiful lagoon pool.
Come and sit at King Arthur's Round Table. While enjoying a goblet of wine, You may even see 'The Lady of the Lake' as you look down over the lovely pool area.
Relax in our shady gazebo and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of beautiful Carmel, with just the sound of the local birds above the gentle sound of our water fall as it cascades into the pool. Our beautiful resort style pool area is totally private and is a wonderful place to relax and take a swim. There is even a pool spa to sit and rejuvenate those tired muscles.
The barbeque is always available for lunch or dinner.Why not enjoy a twilight barbeque around the floodlit pool.

Full country breakfast with local free range eggs and home made preserves are served either beside the pool or in the Knight's Dining Room which is adorned with medieval decor and antiquities.

In winter, why not snuggle up with a good book and a complimentary glass of our own mulled wine or port and nibbles. A delicious Ploughman's Lunch, Picnic Hamper including a bottle of cider is also available by prior arrangement.
A selection of books, videos and DVDs are available for the medieval buffs and are included in our vast video, DVD and book library.
