On return to the Old Miners’
Cottages after a day of discovery, retire to the quietude afforded by thick walls in a lovely historic
country setting.
Eight adults can be accommodated
in the two units of ‘The Long Cottage’ and six adults in ‘Moyle’s
Cottage’. These Heritage-registered stone buildings have been fully renovated
and include modern conveniences. The 3 acres of land adjoining the winter creek
are fenced-in to provide safe recreation for children of all ages. We’re even
building a 2-hole ‘golf course’! Our friendly fetching dog GEM is the
subject of many entries in the Guest Book.
