The first shipment arrived a few years later - and many since.
Over 40 wineries have trialled K&K barrels and most are happy and have reordered.
At K&K we buy the logs - cut and season the staves and build the barrels with utmost care under the supervision of our master cooper to well defined specifications and standards to provide the best quality possible.
Our barrels are not water tested - no chemicals are used - clean and ready to use.
All barrels are made in Europe - heads assembled with dowels - and fully finished inside.
Oak planks - chips - cubes are made freshly toasted to order in Perth.
