What is EFEP:

'Encouragement For Everyday People' (EFEP) is a weekly email that is sent out by Liz and what I have done is changed the email so that it appears in a web page format (but still with the same content).

There are a few volumes of EFEP with many editions in each volume. This is sort of like an archive of EFEP emails. They are definitely worth taking a look at.
