Our 8 Hectares
Tracey and I just bought ourselves a block of land in the "Mia Flores" estate. It is 8 hectares (80,000 meters squared).
"Mia Flores" estate is 30km north of Albany WA, and 20km east of Mount Barker WA. Our block backs onto Nancy Peak which is in the Porongorup National park.
We have no plans on building there as yet but it is an attractive thaught for the future
