If you have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. For many of the itineraries we have more detailed information, and in some cases also have it in Spanish.

If you would like us to arrange your booking
we need:
• Full name and nationality as in passport
• Passport number
• A photocopy of your passport (please contact us for the fax number) or a scan of your passport and emailed to apusperu@westnet.com.au
• If you are a student, we need the number of your ISIC student card, and a photocopy/scan of your card.

  • Please note that there are costs involved in both making international bank transfers or a Western Union transfer - in both cases the costs will be paid by the client NOT Apus Peru.
    • Please note that this 50% downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Due to circumstances beyond our control (eg. bank charges) we now have to charge a $5o AU fee for deposits into an Australian bank.
     
     
  • We have two payment options:

1. Deposit into either an Australian bank account (please email us for the details)

2. Western Union transfer (also email us for details)

• The balance of your payment can be paid upon arrival (as long as you arrive in Cusco a MINIMUM of 48 hours prior to your trip's departure.)

For cancellations up to 24 hours prior to departure, 40% refund. For cancellations in the 24 hours prior to departure, 10% refund.

A change of date incurs a $25 change fee per booking.

Please note

  • Most of our tours leave any day you wish because we organise private groups for extremely affordable prices.
  • We also organise larger groups but do not combine groups of individuals unless requested.
  • For organisational reasons, we require one week to organise your booking, prior to departure.

CONFIRMATION OF PICKUP
Please confirm the address where you will be staying in order to organize your pickup on the day of departure. There will also be a pre-departure briefing the day before departure . Please contact us to organise a suitable time.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
On registering for the tour, passengers accept the General and Payment Conditions and Payment Method, as well as the norms, rules and guarantees of the APUS PERU Travel Agency.

The client will be charged a US $25.00 Administration Fee for all changes in programs, tours, etc except in cases of serious illness (please see our Conditions of booking). However, all changes are subject to availability. The real costs of the changes (e.g. the fee that airlines, transport companies or partner agency charge) will also be paid by the client.
