July 2006 at South Perth Zoo

I am not wearing steel cap boots and had sharpened the ax to a razor sharp edge, hence I was somewhat careful swinging this implement around.

Here I am working away in my former girlfriend's garden, digging out some fig tree stumps that would not die. The roots had traveled under the fence, into her neighbors garden and were damaging a retaining wall. Jen's dad had chain sawed the trees down, but they would not die and were shooting up again. After I had finished my work, regrowth was resolved and these trees weren't coming back.

MY RACING GARAGE
The yellow car below is my Revo Platinum Limited Edition, into which I have installed a more powerful RB engine.

The car immediately below is a Mugen Pro Spec Model, which I race in the Truggy Class, this car is very fast and very technical.

The red car below the Mugen is a Revo Platinum, I have 6 Revo cars that are all set up differently. I race these 6 cars in 4 different classes of racing.
1. Standard Monster Class.
2. Clubman Monster Class.
3. Open Monster Class.
4. Truggy Class ... the Truggy class is the most technical and fastest class of racing.

From time to time I will race my open class Revo car in with the Truggies. In this class I am racing against top level cars like Mugen, Jammin and Kyosho etc. I have one Open Class Revo which does very well against the best Truggies. Needless to say, this car most often blitzes the field in the Open Monster Class. I build and modify my own cars and engines.

OTHER INTERESTS

SCUBA DIVING:
I have been a serious Scuba diver for many years now, however more recently I have been withdrawing from the sport because of the growing demand to participate on Saturdays which I don't do and therefore weekend dive treks are also out of the question. I surely don't feel that I I missing out on anything. I stopped eating fish a while back and I have lost the burning desire for scuba diving.

HEALTH AND SPORT:
I am very much into heath and fitness, I visit the the gym at least 4 times a week, I am pretty muscular with developed arms [17 inch arms], shoulders, chest etc. I am currently working on the return of last years summer six pack. A couple of years ago I was bench pressing 350 pound, but my current maximum is around 300 pound. I am going to stick to a maximum of 300 pound because my training partner has left the area and to train heavy a spotter is always required.

I am right into JUMP ROPE and try and spend 45 minutes with the rope about 3 times per week. Skipping is a good way to get up a sweat and its very good for ones whole body. I skip on a Judo mat which eliminates the shock loading to ones knees and ankles.

I used to play Australian rules football, but I can't really afford to get hurt on Sunday, I need to insure that I am going to be at work every Monday, so football has been off the menu for some years. Most players retire in their late twenties, but I hung in there for about another 6 or 7 years. The major league is known as the AFL, while the major state league is known as the WAFL. I used to play in the Sunday League where one could train at the professional level, but forfeit the higher pay. Within the Sunday League, if an individual wanted to train at the upper level, he could. On the other hand if one wanted to play at the less intense level, then he could do so. The A grade competition will of course attract the more serious players, while the B and C grades attracted the more casual sportsmen.

CHURCH, GOD AND CHRISTIANITY

It is my belief that out of all the different Christian churches out there, only the Seventh Day Adventist church presents the Gospel as God has instructed and here I am referring to doctrinal issues. There are many church groups who do a wonderful job taking care of the poor and providing for the needs of the neglected. The SDA church as a family group excel in this area also as can be seen by the work done by ADRA, Maranatha and other non profit Adventist groups.

FAVORITE TV PROGRAMS:
I don't have a TV, I am a single person, so I do lots of reading. I like the quality programming on HopeTV and 3abnTV which are available over the Internet.
