Working Life is able to
provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, which are work
based counselling services aimed at the early identification and/or
resolution of both work and personal issues that may adversely affect work
performance and quality of life. Specific activities of an EAP include:

employee support and investigation of non-work related issues and referral
to an appropriate community resources.

to employers in the fair and appropriate management of employees whose
performance does not meet expectations.
