Some of the more
practical activities we have been involved with in the recent past is
undertaking assessments of the workplace climate, and using this data as a
basis for intervention to bring about workplace behaviour and culture
change. For these, a follow up assessment is also important, to ensure
that there has been change, and to use the new data as a benchmark for
ongoing organisational development. |
