Cake Sale: Our thanks go to Kath Jolly, her helpers and our members for all the beautiful cakes – the sales were most successful and $470 was made. Garage Sale Working Bee: After a lot of discussion, it was decided to move all the furniture, etc. from Betty Wellington’s house at 7.30 am on the day of the Garage Sale (19th Nov) so that we would not be double handling. We can then immediately set everything up at the Oval and have the sale after 9.30am. Any help, especially from the gents with utes or trailers will be appreciated. Garage Sale – 19th Nov. at 9.30 am: To be held at the Footy Club Oval – all the stuff from the Masonic Hall must be sold and what is left will then be taken to the tip. Library: After taking a vote at the meeting, it was decided to sell off all the books and bookcases at the garage sale. There is no room at the Footy Club Rooms to keep a library and the club is scared the books will be damaged if they are not locked up. The books will be sold separately from the things take from the Masonic Hall as they are not part of the Darts Club. If anyone wants to keep books that they donated originally, please com and sort them out before they are sold. Any that are not sold will be donated to the Telecentre and the Hospice.
