Credits

This page was created with several great utilities plus a human brain and some totally insane hours of the day, which together designed all the graphics with the help of Paint Shop Pro 4.12, together with Macromedia Dreamweaver 3 to keep it all in one piece and provide general and consistent layout throughout. All text written with QEdit v2.15 by Semware Inc. © 1991, a very nice DOS text editor which does all the things none of the Windows ones do, and all MIDI files written with Evolution Midi © 1996.

History

The page originally came into existence on 21 February 1996, four days after my first time on the web, as a simple text based page with a small set of music and legal links. It has been dragged kicking and screaming through several major rewrites, ranging from a newspaper-style image map (don't remind me!) to more modest efforts (including the one with the blue theme and the Telstra Easycall music as a MIDI in the background). The duration of this page has also seen technology at large upgrade from Netscape 1 to Netscape 4 in two years, and then no content developments whatsoever in three years.

The last rewrite went online with a black background and a space theme on 25 November 1999, as the site celebrated its 10,000th hit. Shortly thereafter I got another job which kept me even busier, and also had to move my page as the old ISP closed down. The new rewrite (as you see it), complete with new format, rewritten content, and graphics, is scheduled to go fully online on 22 January 2001.
